- Membership is based on a 16-week program.
- Pricing is locked for the duration of the 16-week membership.
- Membership may be canceled at any time; however, partial months are not prorated.
- Extension options may be available based on provider recommendation and client goals.
- Subject to the Ally 4 Health Patient Agreement.

Initial Consultation & Fee
All new members complete an initial consultation to be accepted into concierge membership.* The consultation includes a comprehensive review of your health history, goals, and treatment recommendations to determine the most appropriate membership level and wellness plan.
Membership Benefits
The following benefits are included with all active Concierge Memberships, subject to availability:
- Same-day or next-day appointment access, subject to availability
- No charge for labs, radiology or basic prescription orders (exclusions apply)
- Wellness visits (in-person or virtual/telehealth) every three months for acute care
- Laboratory draws every four months, or as clinically indicated (additional draws beyond three per year are subject to an extra charge)
- Plan-specific discounts on IV therapy, modalities, and additional services
Membership Fees & Payment
Membership fees are established on an annual basis and will not be subject to change until the completion of the current membership year. The following payment terms apply:
- Fees are billed monthly using the payment method on file with the Practice.
- Membership benefits remain active only while fees are current. Lapsed payments may result in suspension of member benefits.
- Fees are non-refundable and cannot be prorated for partially completed months.
Specialized Functional Health Tests
Members may select from the following Specialized Functional Health Tests:
- DUTCH Test — comprehensive hormone panel analyzing sex hormones, cortisol, and related metabolites, including markers for nutritional deficiencies, oxidative stress, gut health, and melatonin
- Genome Analysis — maps nearly 100% of your DNA to identify hereditary health risks, disorders, and medication sensitivities

Recovery & relaxation
Red light therapy (photobiomodulation) and our Clearlight infrared sauna are used to support relaxation, circulation, and recovery as part of a broader wellness plan.
What to expect: short, comfortable sessions. We review contraindications first, since infrared heat and light therapies are not suitable for everyone.

Inflammation & root causes
For autoimmune and inflammatory concerns, we take a root-cause approach: looking at nutrition, gut health, environmental factors, and stress alongside appropriate testing, and coordinating with your other providers.
